Mo Bus services in rural regions have ‘failed’. Yojana Biju Gaon Gadi

Bhubaneswar, May 24: The Odisha government announced on Wednesday the launch of a ‘Mo Bus’ service in the state’s rural districts. It indicates that the Biju Gaon Gadi Yojana, which was introduced in 2014, was a failure.

The Mo Bus service, according to reports, has been expanded to all gram panchayats in the state. The plan will bring facilities to rural areas.

In the early stages, the transportation service will be available in six districts: Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Kalahandi, and Gajapati. Usha Padhee, the Principal Secretary of the Trade and Transport Department, made the announcement on Wednesday.

The Laxmi Scheme will manage the bus service.

The launch of new schemes, on the other hand, caused various issues regarding the Biju Gaon Gadi Yojana (BGGY). However, when it comes to use, the plans fail.
